4. Delivery and shipping

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 3–5 working days. For international deliveries we expect 5–10 working days.

5. Customs duties and other charges for international customers

Please note that for non-EU customers, customs duties and other local taxes or charges may be added upon delivery. These fees are not included in the price of our products or shipping costs. The recipient of the item is responsible for paying any customs duties and other charges that may be incurred. We recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs during delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping cost. 9. Force majeure is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or similar events.

10. Dispute settlement
