You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when purchasing is correct and complete. Giacca.se processes personal data in accordance with current legislation.
All prices are stated in the selected currency and include Swedish VAT. Any shipping costs are added and stated at checkout before purchase.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An agreement is only concluded when Giacca.se confirms your order via email. Giacca.se reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspicion of fraud or other unauthorized activities.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 3–5 working days. For international deliveries we expect 5–10 working days.
Please note that for non-EU customers, customs duties and other local taxes or charges may be added upon delivery. These fees are not included in the price of our products or shipping costs. The recipient of the item is responsible for paying any customs duties and other charges that may be incurred. We recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs during delivery.
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping cost. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Giacca.se. The item must be sent well packaged in good condition. If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, Giacca.se has the right to make a depreciation deduction. Contact us before returning the item for further instructions.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the Swedish Consumer Agencys form according to the rules in the Distance Contracts Act. You can find the form here.
In the event of a faulty product or complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We follow current Swedish legislation regarding complaints. You as a customer are initially responsible for any return costs. The return shipping cost is then refunded if the complaint is approved.
Payment is made via secure payment options that are specified at the checkout.
Giacca.se is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or similar events.
In the first place, we try to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. In the event of a dispute, you have the option of turning to The National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) in Sweden or another suitable dispute settlement organization.
