You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping cost. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Giacca.se. The item must be sent well packaged in good condition. If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, Giacca.se has the right to make a depreciation deduction. Contact us before returning the item for further instructions.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the Swedish Consumer Agencys form according to the rules in the Distance Contracts Act. You can find the form here.
In the event of a faulty product or complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We follow current Swedish legislation regarding complaints. You as a customer are initially responsible for any return costs. The return shipping cost is then refunded if the complaint is approved.

We will refund the amount you have paid for the item within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund does not include the shipping costs of the return or of the original delivery, unless the matter relates to an approved complaint. The refund is made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
Return fee within Sweden 100 SEK
For order outside Sweden, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
Delivery
The standard delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified and the Nordic countries 2-4 days. Delivery within Europe takes 2-5 business days, to the US 7-10 days, and delivery to UK and Australia 5-7 days.
All orders are shipped with PostNord.
Sweden
Shipping within Sweden is 150 SEK, complimentary shipping is offered on orders above 2500 SEK within Sweden.
International orders
Orders outside Sweden are shipped at a flat rate of 200 SEK.
